Hinnonmäki’s Red is made of blueberries and red and black currants. This berry wine matches well with salads and chicken but is also great for socializing. Serve slightly chilled, at 14-16°C.

The Anna of Lepaa gets its fresh flavor from its main raw material apple. Gooseberry fulfills its taste and aromas. Anna is a socializing wine which also suits to be served with full flavory courses.

Sweet Apple Orchard is a dessert wine, which is made of Lepaa’s own autumn and winter apples. It is soft, fully sweet, apple-like and at its best chilled 12-15°C.

Lepaa’s Elina is produced of ’Hedda’ black currants from Lepaa orchard. We recommend to enjoy a glass of full-bodied and sweet Elina after a good meal or with salty cheeses. Serve a little chilled 16-18°C.

Kollin Poika is our newest addition to our real cider family. It is built from the same apple varieties as the original Kolli -cider a few years back. This cider was carbonated after adding a bit of apple juice to give it more character.
BORN TO BE MILD -CIDER

Born to be mild is a real apple cider made of 100 % apple juice. This cider is sweetened with honey which gives it fresh and aromatic flavor. Best served chilled.

We used some crisp and sour apple varieties in this real cider. To compensate the experience and mouthfeel we added some sweet apple juice to the cider just before carbonating and bottling.

Pärry is a real Finnish perry. The pears were hand selected from different orchards. Before bottling we added some Dolgo apple juice to the cider to reinforce the delicate aroma of the pears.
