Hygieniapassi
Kokonaisuus on tarkoitettu elintarvikealalle haluaville tai elintarvikkeiden parissatyöskenteleville, jotka käsittelevät helposti pilaantuvia, pakkaamattomia elintarvikkeita. Koulutuksen jälkeen suoritetaan Ruokaviraston hygieniapassitesti. Hygieniapassin saa läpäisemällä hygieniapassitestin.
Koulutuksen sekä testauksen järjestää SUJUVA -hanke.

The training will cover the most important aspects of food hygiene, including for example food poisoning bacteria, food law and legislation, and self-monitoring. A hygiene pass is required if you work, for example, in a cafe, restaurant, commercial kitchen, kiosk, fast food restaurant, grocery store, daycare center or food manufacturing factory.
You can get a hygiene passport by passing the hygiene passport test

An employee must have a hygiene passport if they work on food premises and handleunpackaged perishable foods. For example such groups as employers, volunteers, students ortrainees must also have Hygiene Passports if they work with unpackaged foods on foodpremises.
Food premises include for example: cafés, restaurants and fast food restaurants, food stores (shops that sell foodstuffs) institutional kitchens, bakeries and factories that produce foodstuffs.
Perishable foods include for example milk, meat, fish and chopped vegetables.
